You may submit your application by:

• Completing the form available under the Online Application section and submitting it online,
• Printing and completing the application forms provided for individuals or legal entities under the Sample Application Forms section and sending them by post,
• Delivering the completed forms in person,
• Sending the forms to the fax number provided in the contact information below.

Applications submitted by methods other than those listed above, or applications with incomplete forms, will not be accepted.
