Application Tracking and Guidance Services

Services are provided for general application tracking and routing to the relevant units.

The Information Request Unit provides support for the general tracking of submitted applications and their routing to the relevant units.

Ensuring that applications reach the correct channels and informing users about the process are evaluated within this service.

Contact by email

Click “Copy email address”. Then open a new message in the email app or website you use and paste the copied address into the “Recipient / To” field.

Choose the application you want to use to send an email.
